"f we're so bent on changing something, we would be so much better off changing the Constitution to allow GWB to be reelected than to allow foreign born persons, such as Ahnald!, to run for the Presidency"I use to think during war, there are no presidential elections. Am I dreaming or did it use to be that way.

President Bush will retire his presidency in 2008. For him to stay on or for supporters to suggest 3 terms will frighten many moderates and even (dare say I) a few conservatives. I have no doubt that Bush and the GOP are grooming new presidential leadership.
Too much talk about a highly unlikely "W" 3rd term (as well as too much gloating for the GOP's outstanding success) will work against GOP and Freeper efforts to secure a stronger America and a better world.
It's better to hope that we can be and strive to be blessedly meek...and inherit the world for it.
