Targeting women in small-town America is part of the company's business strategy — and it's working.

The same strategy worked for Walmart. But I'm suprised there's anyone able to buy a franchise or afford to join in the communities destroyed by the evil Walmart.

I was driving through a small town in Northern Idaho (Pend de' oreile?) and a former gas station had a Curves sign up and exercise equipment in the small lobby.
