But it is very relevant as to why he was on someone elses' land, in someone elses' tree stand. BTW, there were posts on other threads today indicating that this has happened multiple times over the span of 2 or 3 years.

Quite obviously Vang had a well-practiced routine here of climbing up in someone's deer stand and then killing them.

Something tells me he didn't expect such a large number of people though.

Again, it's pretty obvious Vang's intent was to hunt man, not deer! He used the deer stand act as "bait".
