George Soros backs neo-nazis? In Ukraine, in the presidential elections, Soros’s people back Yushchenko but he is also supported by Andrei Shkil’s ultra-nationalist UNSO. Vyacheslav Likhachev of the European-Asian Jewish Congress noted the unsettling links between Mr Soros’s preferred candidate for Ukrainian president, Yuschchenko, and the neo-Nazis there after the 2002 parliamentary elections key opposition leaders, including Viktor Yushchenko, Julia Timoshenko and Alexander Moroz, defended anti-Semitic publications and accepted the backing of neo-Nazi groups as well as US and EU and so-called “civic society” NGOs. Nor were the anti-Semtic apologetics of the Ukrainian opposition unknown to key OSCE observers and EU parliamentarians who nonetheless ignored the dark shadow across Yushchenko’s campaign preferring instead to abuse his rival.

Soros, Commies and Socialists back Yuschenko: Socialist Party leader Oleksandr Moroz, one of Yuschenko's key strategists, said the opposition was "organizing citizens, stopping lessons at schools and universities, stopping work at enterprises, stopping transport ... and, thus, we'll force the authorities to think about what they are doing." ... Ukrainian Communist party leader and presidential candidate in the first round Petro Symonenko said the Ukrainian elections must be declared invalid and power must be passed over to parliament.

Soros - tried to purchase the presidential election out from under a constitutional republic who's population flat didn't care a wit about his history or hardships, his cash was another story.

Specifically, one of the Hungarian officials responsible for identifying Jews, expropriating their property, and giving their names to the Nazis. Young George collaborated in this effort - indeed, his knowledge of the Hungarian Jewish community substantially aided his "godfather" in the task of implementing the Endloesung: a period that Soros would later call "the happiest days of my life".

Soros fled Hungary in 1947 to escape just retribution at the hands of the post-war government.

Interestingly, the Soros' own family wealth survived. George's father, Tivador, forged himself new identity papers that said he was a Christian. He then sold the family real property and sequestered the money abroad. This later became the seed corn of Soros' current vast fortune.
