Did I miss something in the article? It seemed pretty straight forward. Private enterprise mfg jobs disappeared and government jobs (outsourced jobs) increased. No conspiracy.
Recent articles have reported on the aging government workforce. Perhaps some of these jobs will be replacing them. Other articles have reported that the Administration is trying to outsource more and more government jobs. No conspiracy. Just facts. What's your problem?

If you review CBart95's posting history, I'm afraid you'll find that he contributes nothing to discussion of topics on this forum. Just a lenghty string of put-downs and personal attacks against those he disagrees with, and an occasional nod of agreement towards others. Overall, not much substance to it at all.
