Well, there are people like you, Lily, and ghost, and firefighter in every society and in every other sub group. Just like there are rotten apples in any bunch. Luckily, when it works the way it is supposed to in America, you can't persecute others just because you feel that way. A society that protects people's basic rights to the pursuit of happiness keeps in check the evil and malevolence that you represent. Wow... you got all that because I wouldn't condemn a lovely gesture because of the sexual preferences of the giver? Now that's quite the talent you have there.

 

I abhor the "homosexual agenda", but I support human rights, regardless of how misguided one's choice in bed partners might be. And anyway, that has nothing to do with the original topic.

 

I can appreciate any kindness towards our military. As others have mentioned herein, there are plenty of red-blooded fully-hetero individuals who denigrate our armed forces. Should I let that slide because we "play for the same team"?
