Travel abroad, meet exotic people, and ---- them; else why bother going there? They can ---- one another, though at a fraction of the price. And why bother with stories like this one in the first place?
Majority of the offenders were Europeans. Come to think of it, the biggest, loudest and most ridiculous crtics of the US in regards to the Abu Ghraib scandal were the Europeans, their socialist media in particular. The "atrocities" Europe accused our soldiers of committing are minor compared to the accounts of sexual abuses perpetrated by their UN peacekeepers that are now coming to light.
