FR identified it as misinformation.

There could be some truth to this. The "leakers" could have read the "raw", non-male/female adjusted numbers and not realized it. ???

This doesn't comport with the article. Pulling it might be a good move.

Olberman is a total fool .. my favorite part is that Zogby got THOUSANDS of emails that he can't respond to so is using "Countdown" as a 'mass email' ... AS IF thousands actually watch that moron.

Note to Keith O: Exit polls mean absolutely nothing...zero...nada...zilch...nichts. It is the totalling of the actual votes that matters. Period. End of story. Because that is the only place people cannot lie about how they voted. Hope this brings you back to reality, a realm to which you apparently are an infrequent visitor. Oh, and hope your "show" gets cancelled - it would be a good thing.

I may be in the minority position here, but I calculated the results of final exit polls from several battle ground states, and they're very close to the actual results. In other words, they're quite accurate. The problem is not in the exit poll itself, but in the leaking and in the interpretation of the early waves of exit polls. Dems and Olbermman used the early waves as their main argument for fraud...

Zogby said,
I think it's in the interests of the nation that we study what happened in this election and widen that, let's study what happened with the exit polls, and let's come out with a definitive conclusions by a blue ribbon panel to restore the legitimacy of this election.
What? Restore the legitimacy of this election? This election was legitimate, Mr Zogby. Sixty million people made it so. This sounds like something Dan or Peter would say.
I think he is trying to cover up why his polling data failed so miserably. I watched some of this last night. Actually had it on in the background. Didn't Zogby say that he believes his polling data came out correct? I was sitting at the computer when I heard this and thought, did I hear that right? His data was right on? He can't be serious?

"..noted pollster John Zogby explained to me on last nights Countdown, in what we think was his first full-scale television interview since the election. At least until we find out if there's something broken with this round of election polls
I think that the gentlemen who are responsible for the exit polls should be fully transparent, release their data, discuss their methodology. Let us see what exactly it is that happened, and why it happened..."
The gall of Zogby! What about his methodology? Only a crank like Olbermann would be taking to him, but with Olbermann's ratings no one is listening.
