Since Korea is a peninsula, I don't think this should be a problem. Iran might present reach problems right now... Note the refueling port just below the pilot's windscreen. The planes can be based out of Diego Garcia and loiter over the Indian Ocean as needed.

We should be on the look-out for unexplained test launch failures in North Korea and Iran.
