>Just missed qualifying for MENSA----was tempted to join DENSA<

LOL! Unfortunately, a high IQ doesn't automatically bring common sense with it. I vote for common sense!

As I said, the whole thing wasn't meant to be taken seriously it was a JOKE.

But on a serious note, if you voted for Kerry and you have an IQ above 90 then you are an idiot with a high IQ.

IQ does not remain relatively stable. It can fluxuate as much as 20 points in any given sitting. 20 on 100 is a pretty big fluxuation, wouldn't you agree?

The results vary mostly based on the type of test. I've taken a few, and they seem to measure a wide variety of things. Some are verbal, some are logical reasoning, some are spatial, some measure your ability to create/compare relationships. The lowest I've ever scored was about 115. But as a child in grade school, I scored 149. As an adult, about 40 yrs old, I scored 149 again. This was my best.

I agreee . . . only . . . remember what Will Rogers said was the problem with common sense.

It isn't very common.

A study on EQ would be interesting. I have often thought that a lot of liberals failed to grow up.
