Actually that was General Patton... in the Rhine. I have a picture of it.
No, actually it was Churchill, with a grin.
Front or rear (excuse the expression) projection on that Photo? I think we are both right, Patton in your photo and Chruchill, as amended, on the Siegfried Line.
Well then, no wonder the Rhine is a stinking cesspool today. Everybody and their brother seems to make it one of their life goals to relieve themselves in it.
I'll buy the beer so we can work up a good one. LOL
I thought that Hilter's grave is today a paved over parking lot?
Here I live in Germany but I am ashamed to confess I have never loosed a copious spend into the Rhine.

What is that supposed to mean? I'm not a spring chicken myself, but I still don't want to see 'old & wrinkled' when there is such a wonderful alternative.
Surely, you don't prefer Helen Thomas?
If I get a heart attack, I want it to be from it speeding up, and overloading, not from being scared to a stand still.
Hitler's bunker was right by the Reichstag, I believe. (Hitler and Eva committed suicide in the bunker. Their bodies were brought outside the bunker and doused with gasoline or something, burned and then buried there in a shallow grave.) At any rate it was near one of Berlin's magnificent buildings. This would have Matthews and his sons pissing in downtown Berlin. The story smells to me.
"take into consideration that there are some elderly men on this board!
"
Well, I'm 59, and that photo got me breathing pretty hard. Actually, she's way, way, too young for me to even think about. No way could I deal with a 22-year-old, nor would I want to particularly.
She's very decorative, though. Warms the cockles of my heart, in a manner of speaking.
