If I understand reports correctly, this particular piece of private land is almost surrounded by public land. Another point that needs clarity.

One thing we can't let the media get away with: the sign says "No Hunting without written permission.

As I noted in 57, the onus is on the hunter to stay off private property. The sign ceased to be an issue once he was asked to leave.
