It's an anti IRS comedy from 1981 that has been ruthlessly suppressed (according to the stories I've heard) by the IRS.

You're the only other peron I've met who's seen that movie.

Ironically, the last time I posted a mention of Harry's War and swore it would never be on TV, the local cable access chanel showed it as a filler within a week. I set up my computer, which I use as a DVR, and proceeded to record it, since I was going to be out.

When I played back the recording, about halfway through, the channel switched over to one of their normal cable access programs.

You wonder if a phone call was made!

I'm not joking about this, by the way.

I remember it too. I've been waiting to find it somewhere. Edward Herrman is the greatest actor to never have a great role. Except for the one time on MASH.
