The context of the specific point I made was not about morality; it was about how money is collected at the Federal level versus state level. I meant that in the US form of gov't the states have the leeway to levy income taxes but the federal gov't couldn't without a constitutional amendment. If you want to direct a question about morality here then ask something specific.
