The Karen Black short about the voodoo doll that had a chain around its neck. Somehow the chain was broken and the doll came alive. Anyways, if you've never seen it, I don't want to spoiler it for ya, but the end was positively breathtaking. And she was perfect for the part (especially the end).

It was Trilogy of Terror (made for TV) 1975.

Karen Black is a woman tormented by evil in three horrific tales of terror including one in which she is chased around her apartment by an ankle-high voodoo doll wielding a butcher knife.

That was one wicked movie and she was utterly perfect for the movie (especially the ending).

I vaguely remember that movie. I think it was called the Trilogy of Terror.
