They'll never have the problem the GSUSA, with leadership cadres that in some communities are loading up with lesbians.
I recently was involved in a community activity near my home in which a number of Girl Scouts showed up. They didn't have on the usual GSUSA outfits (these were girls in their mid-teens), and so I asked their lead Scouter what part of GSUSA they represented, and she replied that they weren't GSUSA but BSA -- they were Venture Scouts (formerly Explorer Scouts) and that all-girl troops had been chartering in Venture Scouts for several years now. Imagine my surprise, and imagine my good guess at why girls are migrating from GSUSA programs over to Venture Scouts, as the Scouter told me they were. I asked her why, and she told me a couple of generalisms about "better programs".
Uyup, I bet.
I know all about the Venture program. Not only is it an excellent alternative to Girl Scouting, but it keeps the older Boy Scouts interested in the BSA program of earning merit badges and working towards Eagle Scout rank.
