Welcome aboard.
Even more importantly but less obvious. A stable Iraq has positice (if not necessary)national security implications for decades to come. Now that's foward thinking.
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz1234567890.,?!Now there is something you may not have noticed. When these strange symbols are put together in specific ways they impart meaning. Which leads us to,
Concept #1: The primary meaning contained in a FreeRepublic post is located below the main title.Let's try a few sections ourselves shall we!
THE WAR IN IRAQ HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11Ok, now let's try putting those symbols together in our mind to see what happens, "AGGGGHHH ZOT ZOT YOUR A TROLL PPPHHHHHBBBBHTTTT ZOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!". Ok that was a..., um.., fine start but maybe this is time for,If you believe that you are a fool.
John Kerry seemed to enjoy saying over and over during the 2004 presidential campaign that Iraq did not attack America on 9/11. Kerrys infamous argument that the war in Iraq was the wrong war in the wrong place at the wrong time was a case that Saddam Hussein was in no way a subject of the global war on terror.
Liberal news commentators have been fond of asking the question: If George W. Bush and Dick Cheney have not been at least implying that Saddam Hussein had something to do with the 9/11 attacks then why do 80% of their supporters still believe that to be true?
Heres is the answer to both Kerrys claims and the accusatory questioning of the liberal pendants: conservative minded people are not fools.
Concept #2: Some ideas require more than one sentence to relay their meaning to the reader.I know that in today's society where great truths are imparted with minimal verbosity like "Four legs good! Two legs bad!" it's easy to give up after the first few microseconds of reading. But if you devote a few extra minutes to reading a post you will be pleasantly surprised with the results!
Now look at the line that I've marked with bold for you,"conservative minded people are not fools". You will notice that this statement is contrary to the title of the article. Now you might be thinking, "Oh No! The author must be lying to me. It's a conspiracy! What ever shall I do!". Don't worry, there's no need to fret! This is actually a technique used to pull a reader (at least most readers) into the article. Quite a dastardly thing to do I admit but reading sometimes has its dangers.
But armed with this insight I'm sure that someday you and other prezotters will become excellent readers of FreeRepublic posts.(cue closing music, fade to black)
Abu Musab Al Zarqawi is a Jordanian from Jordan but Palestine is close enough. Just so you understand my meaning that in my opinion fewer civilians would die in the long run if things were not drawn out. Better to get it over quickly. It's just my opinion. I don't think Lincoln ever wanted Lee to slip away. From what I've heard whenever Lee did slip away Lincoln was not happy about it.
Someone had posted an image, which seems to be gone now. The picture compared the terrorists in Falujah to the Americans fighting the British during the revolution. It is ridiculously anti-American to try to make such a comparison.(which may be why the image was stricken)
One man's terrorist IS NOT another man's freedom fighter when it comes to Islamic terrorism.
The American revolution was fought for freedom of all religion and freedom from the tyranny of taxation without representation. Muslim terrorists fight to enslave all people in Islamic fascism. There is absolutely no moral equivalence.
What did I say that has anything to do with that?
Sorry to take so long to respond. Of course I was kidding.
Okay, sorry to doubt you...that's pretty bad, me making a joke about people misinterpreting a post, and then I nearly misinterpret your response...
No apology necessary. My humor tends to be rather arid.
