Abdul-Qader Saadi said he was subjected to multiple searches and interrogations; went unfed the first two days; was blindfolded and handcuffed; and had to sleep for days in a wooden cage buffeted by cold winds at a desert detention camp. |

For the doctors, I'd say.

Honestly - he has his head - doesn't he - even if it appears to be filled with a brain less than normal -
He should be shown the Sand tape - or pictures of captives who weren't so lucky - the ones held by the terrorist -
The old media is the enemy - and should be treated as such -
To: Zhangliqun
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't both the US and Iraqi forces tell ALL civilians (including, one must assume, non-imbedded journalists) to LEAVE?
Too effin' bad. He's lucky he's alive.

Young male of combat age in a war zone surrenders long after he's told to evacuate...and those mean ol' Marines are suspicious of him. Something about the booby-trapped corpses and the guys faking death to shoot at them must have turned the boys cynical or something...

"...Saadi said he saw a few people, including a woman and child, killed by bullets as they walked toward the mosque."
Once I read this I believe Saadi is a terrorist sympathizer. He does not report that it was the terrorists who killed these poor people for fleeing the fighting even though he works for AP. They frequently shot people who they believed were not on their side. Our forces reported this, civilians who stayed and those who left before the battle reported this and talked about people being tortured who they thought were not supporting the terrorists. This guy worked for AP. Why doesn't he tell about the atrocities he witnessed being perpetrated against the civilians. All this guy does is whine about his treatment. And what's he most upset about, terrorists killing his countrymen, terrorists killing women and children, terrorists taking over their mosques? No, he's upset because they looked at his pee-pee.

Isn't this the same clown who reported about a week ago that the fighting was more intense than he thought it would be and he escaped by going house to house and then walking along the river? Typical MSM reporter. Parley
To: Dr. Frank fan
He should have beat-feet long ago and avoided the problems. If you stay and do nothing, you are a terrorist supporter and deserve whatever you get!
To: Zhangliqun
The poor baby. Of course the MSM in this country and europe will just lap this up.

having to strip naked for a medical examination by doctors he didn't know, a humiliating experience for an Arab.
Call me when he has to go through a Pap Smear.

Most of it sounds like standard treatment after being arrested by any police force in any American city. You get heated cells but not much else is different, except you can suffer far worse indignities at the hands of your fellow jailbirds...

Call me when he has to go through a Pap Smear. I hope his medical examination was complete and included a proctoscopy. He might have had colon polyps.

"Saadi, who has reported part-time for The Associated Press since early in the year, also complained of having to strip naked for a medical examination by doctors he didn't know, a humiliating experience for an Arab." He would prefer the Saddam sand burials in a mass grave?

If he does have polyps I'll bet their names are Mohammad and Abdullah.
