Wasn't it the Italian Writer Alena Fellaci (am I spelling it right?) that coined this term?

Here you go:
Eurabia is a term coined by Bat Ye'or to describe an alleged process of political and cultural incorporation of Europe into the Islamic world, supposedly accompanied by a demographic change from a predominately Caucasian Christian population embodying Western Civilization to a predominately Semitic Islamic population. She sees this as the result of a European - particularly, French - conspiracy against the United States, and regards it as a primary cause of alleged European hostility to Israel.

Bat Ye'or has written about "Eurabia." It's an actual political entity, as well as a catchy FOX title.
