BTW, the guy had a Wisconsin deer hunting licese. In fact, you wear your license number on your back. His was there. That's how he got IDd and then caught by other hunters.
Yeah, I read that, too. Incredible. Does WI have some sort of safety course or competency rules? I heard one of the victims (amazing presence of mind and courage) traced the number onto the dirt on a nearby vehicle and that is what nailed this guy. I'm just incredulous that he might try to feign innocence by saying he didn't know he was trespassing. He wasn't too confused to start randomly mowing people down. Unbelievable. Have they been able to verify that any of the hunters he killed fired at him? Such a needless tragedy.
