Sawas Sumalyasak, the spiritual leader of Thailand's six million Muslims, said last week that most Thais look on Muslims as second-class citizens, an attitude which stirs resentment in the deep south, where many see themselves as Malay, not Thai.

Liar! And if they really felt this way why don't they "balik kampong" back to Malaysia then, where "bumiputras" can discriminate and operate Islamic gender and religious apartheid against non-Muslims with impunity, and leave Thailand alone.

Oh, I forgot... Islam is all about territorial expansion of the Darul Islam into the Darul Harb.
