Speaking of that, I wonder if they still have all the nukes from the Cold War. If I remember correctly, Ukraine had the most nukes out of all the Republics.

No. After SU collapsed, Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine got some nukes, but both gave (sell?) it to Russia in early 90's.
