Medina said the pair are charged with armed robbery, weapons offenses and possibly a felony murder charge in connection with their cohort’s death.
Sounds like the Trenton DA may be fed up.
It is entirely possible to convict the accomplices of Felony Murder and also convict O'Neal of homicide of one form or another. Felony murder means that they were committing a crime that had a high risk of violence and somebody got killed. That does not presuppose that O'Neal was justified.
