A very good thing! And it's a good thing for me and my SKS that I no longer reside in California. They we're passing anti-gun bills at the rate of 2-3 per year. Davis tried to dissuade them from passing anymore until the ones they'd already passed were put into effect, but the legislature didn't listen and of course Davis signed them anyway.
