I bet this will change the procedure when private landowners go out to chase someone off their land.
I grew up on a farm and when we had to vacate hunters it was never without a gun in hand. You never knew if it
was some wacko.
Never had a problem other than a veiled threat about I should be wearing orange (on my own land) or I could get shot.
Btw, the violators were always 50-something white guys.
