With the Cold War finished and our ties with Vietnam normalized, Hmongs should be encouraged to resettle in the Laos, which is essentially a Vietnamese client state.

Laos is still a very brutal totalitarian state. They should not be sent back.

The Hmongs fought against the Vietnamese because they HATE them and were paid mercenaries. I see no debt owed to them by the US. They can get line with every other group wanting the green card pot of gold. Of course given the choice of living in the jungle or a package deal to St. Paul from Lutheran Services we all know what they will choose.
