99% of our prov. ballots were not registered in that precinct. So they weren't counted. Some had moved here from another county. It only takes one phone call to find out where to go vote.
You are quite correct. People seem to forget the brouhaha that went on prior to the election about that subject. The Dems were trying to get votes counted from voters who did not vote in their proper precincts.
