France doesn't oppose terrorism, it breeds it, and fosters it.
All of the following mass murderers began their careers in Paris where they had been granted 'asylum': Lenin, Pol Pot, Khomeini, Arafat, most of the Italian Red Brigades, many of the Spanish Eta.
It is interesting to note that this penchant for terrorism was originally homegrown: Robespierre, initiator of what went down in history as THE terror, Le terreur, was of course French.
