I agree. When I was a kid, one of my Dad's friends knew a special forces guy who showed me how he could kill me with his finger. When the gov't confiscates fingers, then only criminals will have fingers.
I respect the Brits for a lot of things; but they need to re-arrange their laws and prosecution processes.
