This legend is also found in the Arkansas region but it's called the "Hildebeast" and wears a black pantsuit. Has not been seen in the area since 1992, but there was a sighting just this past week near a large double-wide trailer.

Still my favorite float:

The French flag is one of many nice touches.

Two weeks ago, a group of forensic scientists and a National Geographic Channel television crew traveled to Alapaha and unearthed the animal's remains. Well, I guess that's good news for 2008 - now the DNC needs to find someone else to run, since HIllary can't.

Now why, please tell me why they did not make good use of that hog.
Bacon, I smell bacon!
Just get a steel rod and a good slow burning fire, bring out the kin folk and plenty of BBQ sauce. Oh man, the RIBS alone!
Nope, they buried it.
At least they could have kept it around and sent it to Gitmo. *Start talkin' or you sleep with BuBuh tonight*

A male hog, if not castrated while young, has "boar taint" in its meat...the meat is inedible.
