It's really simple. They must decide to either tolerate the free speech enjoyed in most western countries and the laws of said countries or give up their party stores, gas stations, and coney islands and go back to where they can fully practice their faith.
Actually, this is just the critical breach in the dam. If muslims must tolerate blasphemy, then they must also give up the right to honor killings, wife beating, female mutilation, the right to veil the faces of women drivers, ... in general, obey ALL the laws of the land they are in. They know this. To give up on one commandment is to give up on all of them, and hence question their entire world view. This is too frightening for them to contemplate. It really does take courage to be free.
