Your DNR rule book says the mag capacity can be no more than 5. If the mag can hold more, a block must be inserted to lower it's capacity.
I just looked and didn't see it, though the latest on my computor was 2000 and I didn't see it. I'll look for this years. I it applies to tubular mags, I've been illegal for years.
