I was there for two days but never heard any dolphin music.

Tipper and Al also made a rear entrance escape from the Observatory into Georgetown one Saturday or Sunday afternoon during the Freeps. It was played by the press as a nonchalant afternoon stroll and coffee break, but later revealed (I think by Katrina Gore) to be an escape from "Get out of Cheney's house!" Apparently it was driving them absolutely bonkers.
