Where do you get the idea that his lawyer sucks? He has said nothing bad about his lawyer and has acutally said some very supportive things about his lawyer!

The fund-raiser so far has allowed me to pay the lawyer back for fees incurred so far. I need to almost triple what I have collected to finish the fight, and then, repeat this for a countersuit to come to trial. If you decide to sign the release and end this now, I'll support you. If you decide to fight it out to the end, I'll pledge publicly here and now to send 3 times the donation I've already sent. Either way, you have my support, and this attempted scam will not stand.

I should think a counter-suit might be the way to go. A huge counter-suit attached to a Federal Civil Rights suit involving the suppression of the first amendment would appear to be in order. The liberal bullies who use the legal system to unjustly attack people they oppose should have a comeuppance.
