The American Forces Network will be making additions, shifting schedules and providing more live coverage on its television channels beginning Dec. 5.
The AFN News channel will be affected most by the changes. AFN will add some of the top programs from the FOX News Channel and live broadcasts of Studio B with Shepard Smith and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Cavuto program will replace the seasonal CNN Inside Politics.
According to a statement by the Defense Media Center at March Air Reserve Base, Calif., there will be a better balance of the amount of FOX News available to the European and Asian prime-time audiences.
In Japan and South Korea, the live FOX & Friends broadcast will air, moving ABCs Good Morning America from the AFN News channel to the AFN Prime Pacific channel. Good Morning America will replace the tape-delayed NBC Today Show.
In Europe, CNN Live Today will replace CBS The Early Show and CNNs live American Morning show will be added. The childrens news program Channel One will move to the AFN Family channel.
Weekends everywhere will see more live news broadcasts, as well as more business shows, according to the Defense Media Center.

I looked, but didn't see Brit Hume's show on there.
They should dump that lame cadaver Larry King in favor of Brit!
We watched 4 hours in Iran. It was wonderful to see anything from the States. The host country had Deputy Dawg but it was in Farsi. Funny even if we couldn't understand it.
How can anybody in uniform stomach the shmalttzy jive served up by Fox? Pretty news reader air-headed glamor "journalists" and know-nothing TV boys acting as if they understand what they are reading? All served up with typographic headlines that ask anti-American questions about every aspect of how the military and the administration is botching the war. It's sickening.
Kinda like Cops-Fallujah Style. It stinks.
This is true even today. I just got off the phone with a friend stationed in Australia, and they're just getting word that Kerry was in Vietnam. Could change the whole dynamic of the election. ;-)
