I'm outraged that the suspensions are so light. They should have been banned for the remainder of the season - at a minumum. Personally, I think that the thug who first chased that fan into the stands should be banned for life.

Who gives a crap about how the Pacers might do this season without them? Surely they can find replacement players who are capable of dribbling a ball.

Any thugs, I mean players, in the stands mugging fans should be banned for the season and prosecuted criminally. Pacers are the big losers here. They should finish last and they will deserve it. And I will very very happy about that.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Artest should be banned for life. I have no doubt that Stern is more than weary of his shenanigans. Artest should be an example for the rest of the league to see. You do not go into the stands for any reason whatsoever. Period.

Furthermore a wasted season for the Pacers would have a more positive effect toward preventing repeats of this shame than any amount of fines or sit-downs.
