Very much so. And I'm sure that the incident will not be simply dropped. Someone better have a very sore ass after this visit is over, and I don't think it will be the SS agent.
That being said, the President's reaction would be the LAST thing any potential evildoers would have expected. If there had been a plan, he foiled it himself by taking aggressive action.

I am late to this thread, but I agree with you and that there was going to be an attempt on President Bush and his quick actions most likely prevented his own assassination. We all need to pray for President Bush.
