Gee, if you're going to get 21 days for contempt, shouldn't you have had the opportunity to do something "special" and willful to merit it, such as mooning the judge, calling him a vile name, or worse? IMHO the sentence is excessive, and the judge suffers from poor judgement (insert mandatory concern over absolute power corrupting absolutely, blah blah blah, here).
If I'm going to get 21 days for BS, I'll punch the judge in the mouth and get my 'time's worth".
