OUTSPOKEN LIBERAL MP Carolyn Parrish got the boot from caucus yesterday after publicly criticizing Prime Minister Paul Martin, saying he and his closest advisers "can all go to hell." Martin said yesterday the final straw came when Parrish did an interview with Canadian Press Wednesday in which the Mississauga MP went on a rant about her lack of respect for him, saying she wouldn't "shed a tear" if he lost the next election.
