I remember when I was a kid reading a story about some kids dropping a bowling ball from an overpass onto a motorcyclist. The initial injury required the doctors to remove the victims eyes. The victim eventually died, but I remember how horrified I was reading about the senseless act and its aftermath. Ever since I got my license I always look for people just milling about on overpasses.

The victim in this case is in a coma, and has a broken face. Young criminals are the worst somehow.
