UN employees were readying on Friday to make a historic vote of no confidence in scandal-plagued Secretary General Kofi Annan, sources told AFP.

The UN staff union, in what officials said was the first vote of its kind in the more than 50-year history of the United Nations, was set to approve a resolution withdrawing its support for the embattled Annan and UN management.

Annan has been in the line of fire over a high-profile series of scandals including controversy about a UN aid programme that investigators say allowed deposed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein to embezzle billions of dollars.

Said it before, and I'll say it again: Bill Clinton for next UN Sec. General.

I'd rather have the devil we do know in that position than yet another 3rd world, 100% anti-American, despot-lovin' twerp that would be a devil we don't know. Honestly, having someone who would defend the US point of view even 10% of the time would be about a 10% improvement over the status quo.

Besides, imagine all the tail he could get travelling the world on the UN's dime. His wife would be none the wiser, not that she gives a damn much about him these days.

Colin Powell would make a better Un SG than Clintoon. I vote we just throw the bums out of our country altogether though.

If, as I fear, Bill Clinton becomes the new Secretary General of the U.N., this won't be much of a dividend for Bush. Annan, at least, is completely ineffectual in that position. The UN could become frighteningly effective under Clinton and his handlers.

Hey! this could be a win-win. We support Clinton to be the Secretary-General of the U.N., then we withold all dues and leave. Two birds with one stone.

Phone numbers for the United Nations:

Media only (haha) 212-963-7162. Ask for Mr. Ekhard, the chief pansy for Koffi Annan and that you want a story.

For the Poor Public 212-963-4475. After the first prompt hit zero to get the operator. Give her a piece of your mind and demand to talk to somebody in authority!

etc...THIS is the nature of the beast. The BEAST must be "killed." Get the UN out of the US - No more $ to the UN - and hopefully, it will sicken and die.

The U.N. is indeed the Beast with 7 heads. Annan is the 7th head, he will be out before long then as Revelation 17 says, the 8th head of the Beast is "of the 7" meaning whoever replaces Annan, has already served as a head of the U.N. Boutros Ghali will come in as an interim.
Read Revelation 13 and 17 and Daniel 11: 10 and 11.
Bible Prophecy is being fulfilled.

It's not going to be Clinton who takes Annan's place, although I think he may try.

I think Clinton is done for - his operation has left him both physically and mentally weak - and the piranhas of the left, including MSM, sees it.

This is why the Jennings attack last night - Clinton's power has melted and he's no longer of any use. He will be sidelined.

This, with Clinton's psychotic need for limelight and approval may sink him into real oblivion

I just received an email from Kofi asking me to be his partner in transferring millions of dollars out of secret bank accounts. Do you think it is legit?

Usually I would tell you it's a scam and the dude on the other end doesn't really have all those secret bank accounts. However, in Kofi's case...
