California's Orange County, as in FoX's 'The OC' TV Show, went 60% for President BUSH in the November 2, 2004 Election.
Incremental to this was a huge Little Saigon Voter Registration Drive in the county's large Vietnamese-American Community during the last year.
This Story is also featured in tonight's 'LIFE & TIMES' on PBS-TV.

They did a brief segment on "Asian America", a lame ethnic program aired by my NPR affiliate on weekends, which touched briefly on this man's election victory.
From what I've heard, he sounds like a very impressive individual. Unfortunately, there hasn't been a lot of media coverage about his campaign on the East Coast.
