Only in the structural genes--regulatory genes appear to be more different.

So make a chimp from a human in a lab with all the technology we have. Or vice-versa. I'd like to see that.

Just like a Ford and Chevy are 99% identical

When the DNA nucleotides (C,G,A,T) line up that close between human and chimps, I'll buy into that's a valid claim.

BTW, human DNA has at least 3,000,000,000 nucleotides in sequence.
