Is a tinfoil hat any protection to flying meat loaf?

"Suspending students is never desirable," McGaskill said. "In this case, the principal felt that strong, some may say shocking measures, were called for to spur change."
Oh my!
What a quandary!
Most of the students refused to apologize for the bad conduct and refused to clean up the mess.
Possible reasons:
1.Most of the students did not participate, and are sick and tired of apologizing and cleaning up after unruly students.
2.Most of the students are unruly and out of con-troll.
I think I need more information to form an opinion on this, even though I lean heavily towards reason #1.

well, considering that I refused to eat MCS cafeteria food for 12+ years, I can understand. (and Geeter's food isn't even that good) That is one way to protest bad food.

I don't know about you, but I NEVER wanted to get suspended just to get out of school, because I knew what sorts of things would await me at home if my father found out.

Ahhh.... meat loaf means SMASHED POTATOES!!!
I love having smashed potato fights. Those little plastic spoons make really good catapults.

LOL - the problem with suspension as a "punishment" is that it assumes kids want to be in school. The trick is that parents do not want kids to be at home during school hours. So the reasonable parents make sure kids do not enjoy their suspension time.

Well my whole class in the 6th grade all got a whipping. Every last one of us. No parents down at the school complaining the next day. All we did was act like we were playing our band instruments(making the sounds with our vocal cords) when the teacher had to leave the room for a few minutes and she had told us to be quiet while she was gone. That mean Misses Robinson, Yep that was her name she looked to me to be 100 but was probably 35.Good math teacher though.!!!!!!!!!!!!
