"Subhumans" is the only appropriate term. It appropriately places them below animals.
Reminds me of how a lot of whites considered American Indians in the 19th century. Not always without justice. I.e, as savages, to be put away in pens, or massacred. Of course, this was in response to massacres BY indians - - On the whole, the evolving approach towards the Palestinians seems to be a lot like the approach of US govt and settlers to American indians - - herd them onto reservations. And call them animals. (Was it Gen. Sherman or Gen. Sheridan who said, the only good Injun's a dead injun? Sounds like the way a lot of folks talk about Palestinians today.)
