US troops sweeping through Fallujah believe they have found a training centre for the insurgent group headed by Jordanian terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

In video footage shot by an embedded CNN crew, soldiers walked through one imposing building with concrete columns with a large sign in Arabic on the wall reading "Al Qaeda Organisation" and "There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger."

OK, inside makes more sense. But still, we had drone with video, we didn't see alot of coming and going into this particular building? unless they had tunnels built to get to it, this just can't be right.

I'm guessing the "Terrorist of the Month" parking space was another tip off.

That's funny, I thought Zarqawi was being given 'medical' treatment in Baghdad pre-invasion. Does he count as being part of Al Qaeda? One would think so, particularly since this article shows that he put their shingle out in front of his Fallujah headquarters.

Yup.......they called Janabi and Hadid cowards to draw them out.....and Janabi gave that interview. Hadid interesting enough never came out of hiding(might be dead). Now this is getting splashed on CNN......someone wants him to know .....we found this site.

That's true. They will, of course, say that. :-)

Of course, the metaphysics here gets confusing. See, one of the *known* Al Qaeda guys we *know* is in Iraq right now, is Zarqawi.

But Zarqawi was in Iraq before we invaded!

So doesn't that mean that Al Qaeda was in Iraq before we invaded?

Well, no, of course not, and here's why. (According to the left.) See, it's very tricky: before we invaded Zarqawi was in Iraq but he wasn't "in" Al Qaeda. And now he is. So it's all our fault that he "joined" Al Qaeda.

Apparently if we hadn't invaded Iraq, Zarqawi would be managing a Starbuck's or something. Like I said it's all very confusing & I don't pretend to understand it, but I do try... ;-)

""There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger."

And the message Muhammad left through his actions in establishing Islam was that it's OK to perform assassinations, genocide, and theft to expand the religion.

I would want that building irradiated, disinfected, swept with sensor-bearing robots, dogs, mine canaries and given a final once-over by the Psychic Friends Network before I let troops go through that door. All right, perhaps overly cautious, but the signage is ridiculous. Easier just to vaporize the venue.

Dennis Prager sums it up well:

If we weren't IN Iraq fighting them there, where would they be? Obviously plotting attacks on our intrests home and abroad. We are fighting them there, and mopping them up by the hundreds. Great idea if you ask me.

Sign or no sign, he's a piker. Any evil villain worth his salt has his secret lair on a deserted island.
