Seriously, I doubt he sues for all of the reasons stated above.
This may turn out to be a lose/lose situation for him.
If he sues, we have discovery.
If he does not sue and plans to run again, the pressure may be on him to shut down the Swifties before they can affect the next election.
After hearing all of the "Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire!" rhetoric from Kerry's band of lackeys, his reluctance to bring this to court may be questioned.
