People in Britain are spray painting them. Of course over here we can shoot them out (wear face coverings of course).
You can buy a fairly powerful green laser for $100-$300 that will really mess up their little electronic innards. EMP will work too but you might disrupt the electronic ignition on your car. Americans are eternally resourceful.
