They are finally walking off the stage and into the library
President and Mrs. Bush will be staying at their ranch in Crawford, tonight. They will then leave for Chile tomorrow.
They could have done the speeches inside if they didn't mind that it wouldn't be televised. So that's why they did it outside, just of tv.
I'm sure that's a relief to all involved. Out of the rain and into the railcar!
