The reason that I asked was the story I saw (yesterday?) said that Miss Paterson was the first recorded US "patient" that died from using the drug.
There are two other horrific RU-486 deaths under FDA investigation. There is a lot of covering up about this drug, so these are the tip of the iceberg.
